Systemic Family Psychotherapist & Couple Counselor
Laurence Moriette is a UK-trained, French
psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience- 15 of those
working in Dubai.
Her focus is on the whole person and their context. Her work is
collaborative, fostering self-exploration, acceptance, and change.
Initially trained as an Existential Phenomenological
Psychotherapist, she has continued to train in various modalities,
namely Systemic therapy, EFT and Internal Family Systems. She tends
to stay away from diagnosis and labels.
Some other influences include the practice/ teaching of Yoga,
Pilates and Tibetan Buddhism. A meditator for 30 years, she often
integrates Mindfulness based practices into her therapy work.
